Can I pay for my coat in installments?

Of course! Through your PayPal account, you should be able to make a payment in four installments at no extra cost.

We also work with Scalapay to offer you the option of paying in 3 or 4 installments.

How do I contact customer service if I have a question or complaint?

You have several options:
- Via the chat box at the bottom right of your screen
- Send us an email at contact@patenaparis.fr
- Fill out the contact form

In all cases, you will receive a response within 48 hours.

Where can I find a size guide?

You can find the general size guide here.

Some coats also have additional information about their measurements. You will find this information on the product pages for the coats in question in the "Size Guide" section.

I would like to return my purchase and receive a refund. How do I do this?

Contact customer service within 14 days of receiving your package to confirm the return and obtain the necessary information.

Regarding the refund, it will be made after we have received and checked the returned package.
